By accessing or using NVXSCAN (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Educational purpose only

The Service is provided solely for education and general information about demand & supply market structure. It is not investment advice, and nothing in it should be relied upon as a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security. This includes the scanner and the Result Check accuracy record: the historical outcomes shown in Result Check are educational only, are provided “as is” under Section 3 with no warranty, and do not guarantee future results. 3. Provided “as is”, no warranty

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, timely, error-free or free of harmful components. Any data may be delayed or incorrect.

4. No financial guarantee

We make no guarantee as to results, profitability or the future behaviour of any security. Investing carries risk, including loss of capital, and you are solely responsible for your decisions.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nivexo Wealth and the developer/owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits or capital, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

The NVXSCAN name, the Nivexo Wealth brand, the site design, text, graphics, logo and the compiled zone data are the intellectual property of Nivexo Wealth and its owner, and are protected by applicable law. You may view and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial, educational use only. You may not copy, republish, redistribute or create derivative works from the content without prior written permission.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

• scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the site or its data by automated means beyond normal browsing;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, attack or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure;
• reverse engineer, resell or commercially exploit the Service or its data; or
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that infringes the rights of others.

The Service may link to third-party websites (such as social profiles). We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of those sites.
